Bláthnaid Doyle is a Marine Science graduate from the University of Galway and a Project Facilitator with the Aquaculture Remote Classroom (ARC), where she delivers engaging lessons on aquaculture and marine sustainability to primary schools across Ireland. Following her degree, she worked as a research assistant on EU-funded marine biodiscovery projects, conducting scientific diving, fieldwork, and sample collection.
With a background in oceanography and marine ecology, she has hands-on experience with habitat mapping and ecological surveys. Bláthnaid also has a strong foundation in science communication, developed through roles in lab demonstrating, ecotourism, and outreach, while also possessing certifications in diving and powerboating.
